2 - Payment

All prices are current daily prices and showed and settled incl. VAT. in EURO (EUR - €).


On shop.orbiloc.com you can pay with:

Credit Cards

  • We accept Mastercard, Masto, Visa, Visa Electron, Dankort, Visa/Dankort 
  • You pay card fee after the card issuer's current tariffs.
 The will be displayed in the check out process
  • Se See the fee for VISA and MASTERCARD here
  • We use 3D Secure for having the best and safest credit card payment
  • The amount will first be withdrawn on your credit card when your order is shipped
  • There can never be withdrawn an amount greater than what you have approved at the checkout process (order total + freight + card fee).

 

3 - Shipping / Delivery

Shipping Cost is from 8 EUR incl. VAT for packages up to 10 kg. worldwide.

You can always see the exact shipping cost in the check out process for your country.

Delivery method is with GLS (with Track & Trace) or with Postal Mail Service (without Track & Trace). It depends on which shipping service is available for your country.

Delivery time of stock items is 2-5 week days in the EU and 3-8 week days outside EU.

For delivery outside the EU the shipping cost is without customs clearance etc..


4 - Return/Cancellation

You have 14 (fourteen) days to cancel and return your order.

If you buy products for Christmas gifts, please note it in the comment field at the order process. Then your cancellation right will automatically be extended to the 15th of January (only for products bought in November and December).

Please always inform us before sending back your order. You can use this standard return form (download here) or write an email to shop@orbiloc.com in which you  inform us your order number or invoice number.

Your return/cancellation right runs from the day you receive your order, and you have to send the product back to us within 14 (fourteen) days after you have notified us that you will use your return/cancellation right.


You will get the amount back you have paid us - both the price of the product and freight.

The amount will be transferred to the credit card you have used on the order. We will transfer the amount when we have got your returned product and checked, if it fulfills our rules for return/cancellation (more information here).


The only cost you have when you return your order is the freight cost to send back the order to us.

Note: We do not accept packages sent with COD (Cash on Delivery).

You must attach a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Your rights and obligations as a consumer by exercising the right of return/cancellation:

  • You must inform us that you will use your return/cancellation right within 14 days after the order is delivered
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the return/cancellation right has expired
  • You must pay the cost of returning the product
  • The credit card fee will not to returned
  • You bear the risk of the product under the return shipment
  • You are liable for a possible impairment of the product if it has been used
  • You have the right to try and examine the goods without any liable for impairment like you would have done in a regular physical store
  • An impairment of the goods will only take place if the item is damaged or deterioration through use
  • The depreciation will usually be calculated as the difference between the new price and the resale price


5 - Claims

When you shop at shop.orbiloc.com you have 24 (twenty four) months right of claim.

This means that you either get it repaired or replaced,  a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviors.
Orbiloc will basically always try to repair the item in the first place.

You can have 3-year warranty on our Orbiloc lights if you have met the conditions for Orbiloc's 3 year warranty - get more information here www.orbiloc.com/warranty.

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you claim as soon as possible. If you claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will always be timely.


Please always contact us before sending the claim. Contact us at mail: shop@orbiloc.com or phone +45 86 99 88 77. In many cases the claims can easily be handled by phone or mail.

When you return the product, please write a note with a detailed claim description and your contact informations.

Furthermore you must attach a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.

Note: We do not accept packages sent with COD (Cash on Delivery).

 

Remember that the product must always be returned in a protective packaging. Get a receipt of dispatch. Then you will be indemnified if your package unfortunately disappears during transport.


6 - Privacy Policy

For you to enter into an agreement/order with us on shop.orbiloc.com we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Address + zip code / town
  • Country
  • Phone
  • E-mail address

We record of your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Orbiloc ApS and kept for five years, after which the data are deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.


7 - Cookies

On shop.orbiloc.com we use cookies in order to optimize our website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you.

You can always delete cookies from your computer. How to - dependents on your browser.


8 - Log statistics

We use a log statistics on shop.orbiloc.com which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site you entered/stopped etc. Log statistics are solely for the purpose of optimizing shop.orbiloc.com.


Information referred to in Article 6, 7 and 8 are not transferred or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information.


9 - Legal foundations

When you order at shop.orbiloc.com agreements are in Danish, and it's Danish law, which is legislation in force.
